Shakespear, William ofcourse!
Why? I don’t know quite frankly, but here in England, all Williams I know are nicknamed Bill. 😀
I could imagine Shakespear being called Bill and probably as wacko as that in the video clip, it is known anyway that all imaginative and creative people are a bit bonkers sometimes 😀 hehehe… (Ooooops! not all folks, please don’t be touchy, ang tamaan totoong topakin! hahaha)
