Emergency!

What if you went to a hospital because of an emergency and find a very irritating nurse assisting you? (Kamuka nung nasa picture, NGEK! uber nakakatakot di lang irritating! hahaha) Have you experienced this before? Just literally a few minutes ago, someone I know went to the hospital for an emergency reason and she commented on facebook how irritating was the nurse in the ER. It made me think that people who needs emergency assistance and their companions should be treated kindly and gently. They don’t need aggravation on top of the worries they are already experiencing! To think that you’re in the ER to shout help to TO the nurse not FROM the nurse.

When I was assigned in the ER (mind you this was along time ago…) I make sure that patients and their companions are treated well and comforted. Especially the patients, most of them went through shocks and pain. If you’re a nurse, you should be intelligent (natural lang kung hindi tepok ang pasyente, lao na ngayon, we shouldn’t under estimate illnesses, kakaiba na ang panahon), alert (knowing all what you should and shouldn’t do), composed under difficult circumstances, civil, patient, understanding, kind and polite. If one doest have all these qualities, then you’ll be a @~#^%£”! nurse. Nurses works with and on people. It’s not like an office job that you can stare at your desk, paper and pens or computers. Nurse should be extra careful on their job, they should nurture not only the physical but emotional being of their patients. So… to all who will read this, what do you think of my thought?
